• As a registered Seller of water supplies in an auction event: post volumes available for sale and receive offers from potential Buyers based upon product characteristics and price.
  
  
• As a registered Buyer of water supplies in an auction event: post requests and receive offers from Sellers to supply water that meets the specifications required; where product specifications differ between those requested and offered, purification auctions are automatically opened within a unique and seamless, multi-level trading platform, followed by transportation auctions, to provide consolidated, least-cost delivered price options to the Buyer.
  
  
• As a registered Auxiliary Service Provider: monitor the supply/demand specifications of the water supplies being offered for sale, then bid to provide the purification, transportation, compression or storage service components which may be required to effectively deliver the product to the Buyer; also monitor direct requests for Auxiliary Services which may be required by either Buyers or Sellers.
  
  
• Transactions are deemed 'successful' upon acceptance by the auction Host.
